That’s the message today: breathe in green, breathe out tears; breathe in tears, breathe out green. You find the meaning in what you find.
For me this means somehow making green out of the tears, new growth, a new path. Even if the path seems to dead-end, only following as far as I can go could reveal that. Scouting out new clearings, slowly finding ways to make stone soup out of hardened heart, photos that push out the aching edges of my chest. Walking old ways to find the Way.
It seems two steps backwards, one frontwards sometimes, but the rain makes the golden grass green this morning, and I’ll push my face into the tears believing in the Green.
